We started as a tutoring unit (Shri Balaji Academy) in 2015 in Kumarswamy Layout, Bangalore providing classes to school and college students. It was during these sessions that we came across certain hindrances faced by students while learning. Most common among them was hesitation and discomfort in asking doubts in the classroom. Also, we realized that Students often find problems with the conveyance. On the other hand, we, too, were unable to provide individual attention. So in 2017, we came up with a home tutoring service in Bangalore, where a student can learn in a comfortable environment at home, thus saving time for travel. Within two years, we expanded, and in 2019, we started providing home tuitions in Ranchi. We know, every child is unique and performs differently. There can be differences in their grasping power, behaviour, and learning. Hence our well-qualified teachers who are motivators take responsibility for their academic growth and make them aware of their unexplored talents. So we teach the way you learn. We are also thankful for online technology. Students can now learn from the best tutors at their convenience from our one-to-one online tuition sessions from any tutor, irrespective of their area of residence.
